Yes. But, it is likely from a different source and not so credible one, plus the content is rather not believable.
Firstly, withou the introduction of fox 3, F-4F ICE shows little improvement, unless gaijin gives it a prelude by giving it AIM-9L/I or AIM-9M without AMRAAMs in preparation to the next update: which is similar to JA37D and J-8F in this case. However at the end of the day I doubt its true.
