Yes, and, no, the 04A should have better protection, yet it needs more preparation for amphibious crossings. But the improvement of the 3 to the 3M is rather similar to the 04 to the 04A.

yes, the chinese 3UBR11 and DTC10-30, as same as QN506’s, and the HE has larger equivalent than russian

Oh good so its 100 percent not gonna be 9.0
China does not have an all-rounded 9.0 lineup, so its going to see action mostly 9.3+ anyways. Considering its the best IFV China is receiving yet, it is not impossible to see them at top tiers, just like bradley or BMP.
