It cant be. I see it as a direct counter to aircraft like the Su-25, A-6, A-10, AMX.
If it gets 10.7 (assuming no Britain Tax) then those would also need to be 10.7. I think the max we’ll see for it is 10/10.3 depending on its exact loadout.
