Italy’s main flavour is generally wheeled vehicles like the Centauro. It’s therefore not a shock at all that their premium (much like in the same theme as everyone else’s) is a variant of one of their most popular vehicles.
We made it very clear that other nations would be receiving Rank VII premiums after last update.
Whilst we are working to resolve gaps in the British and French trees, there is absolutely no reason or connection to Italy receiving a light tank premium. So this connection you are trying for form is irrelevant.
But did you not also make it clear that unlike other countries, France is not currently eligible to receive a rank 7 premium because of poor planning/foresight on Gaijin’s part? i.e. lack of supporting line-ups for a rank 7 premium.
I would remind you something people were asking for was “domestic” versions of South African vehicles too. They wanted domestic lights.
Once again, we firstly have not shown everything this update has to offer. Secondly we have also made it very clear that those vehicles are well within our plans. Because they are not ready or planed to come in this update does not mean we cannot add other things in the meantime.
Why were south african domestic vehicles prioritised over the british ones? Why has this not happened with other nations? Why does britain only selectively get these vehicles whenever it’s convenient? where’s our ram II? the Class 3P? the m5a1 canadian version? Why is domestic british light armour taking so long to come to the game Smin? Could you imagine the backlash if this happened with one of the big 3 nations?
i would say we do in certain areas but overall its not as bad as people state its usually down to player skill. Sure Britain is no sweden,US,USSR or germany but its not exactly bad by any means.
Of course not, but there’s something to be said about the fairness/consistency in regards to how some nations are able to receive rank 7 premiums and other nations cannot receive rank 7 premiums because Gaijin failed to invest in the tech tree properly. Surely it is then justified to be upset about the lack of investment earlier on?
