This should be the lowest BR we see a destroyer with 4.5in guns, which would be very scary.

The R-77s flaw is indeed its range, it pulls better but has worse range.
Pulls the same in game
In WT, PL-12 is not even as good as AIM-120A. I think AVIC staff will be furious.💀
