The addition of the Viggen D was really to bring the 9L to SWE 's top BR aircraft, now that it 's become the " beginner " 9L platform for the techtree there 's no real reason for it to receive new armaments and get moved up past where it is now.

That’s would only be the Oplots M, which would still be enough to make me grind Japan, but I would also like to see other Ukrainan Variants, and just more Ukrainan vehicles in general (yes I know Thailand also has some Ukrainian BTR’s)

Yeah. Su-30’s initial development was completed by about '88-'89, and production begun around then. There are some Su-30’s that were in fact produced by the USSR, even though it’s known as a Russian plane.
The Su-30M package is merely and upgrade to make it a multirole plane. It is NOT the canard bearing, supermaneuverable Su-30SM.
The F-15’s MSIP program began in 1985, and between that and/or an F-15C, the idea that a Soviet/Ru plane, especially during the downturn in the USSR where investment and production of new technology dropped, would not be unrealistic or unfair to expect or see in a new patch. We already have the MiG-29SMT, mind you.
