Now that air and ground have separate BRs ground attack capability doesn’t factor too heavily into air BR.
I expect even the MLU 1 Finnish Hornet will still be 13.7 and the basic version would be 13.3 but that lacks HMD and IFF so that would be pretty awful if that was the version added

yeah I doubt Russia will get the T-90MS, its probably more likely to come to the UK since its meant for India, and tbh its probably one of the only things india can offer that is actually 12.0 material

There is plenty of holdover from before this change was implemented, though I wouldn’t say the Mirage 2000D is particularly bad, and A2G is still a factor, just a less significant one.
And for the Hornet, it was already primarily going to be balanced on its A2A capability anyway

it would be nice to put the UK on par with like france and germany but its still no counterpart for the pantsir (they really should have waited to added it since they only just added a SAM that is close and its still worse then the pantsir)
Nations made different choice about what weapon they wanted, that is as simple as that, not everyone is USA.
I mean, it is much easier to avoid BVR attacks, they’re overall the lowest PK shots you can take, so the better medium and close-range fighter will overall be the better aircraft in game and that is the Rafale
its simple, once we get into 5th gen IR missiles pretty much everyone will have this type of stuff
