And, instead, we see another stray Spanish vehicle coming, again, as a Premium, so I’m like… guess we don’t have a place ingame beyond Premiums that get removed after a while spread across different trees xD

Doesn’t the 18E have higher speed bleed, even lower acceleration and also lower sustained turn rate than the 18C?
Premiums are frequently rotated off of the store. Its not an indication of a pending sub tree / tech tree.

Yep, I know- however, the vehicles removed from the store usually come back as Golden Eagle Premiums, which VRCC did not, which is why I started looking deeper into it, hahah.

yeah its a shame really, since they could easily just copy paste the Pantsir if they really wanted to but instead we got a copy paste OSA and Strella (because we need 4 and soon to be 5 10.0-10.3 spaas)

while I agree its nice to get it, what was the point of adding an Indian OSA and Strella, surely we dont need more SPAA then MBTs AND support vics at 10.0-10.3

People directly asked for those Indian SPAAs to provide alternatives to the Stormer. As we mentioned, multiple times in fact, their addition did not change or impact the development of equally requested domestic platforms.
