I have been on the receiving end of this and its annoying having multiple spawns ruined by just one player.
Just add storm breaker and kill ground battles completely

Way more easily.
Maybe a player like Justin can get nukes with Eurofighter; but literally anyone capable of pressing Left Mouse Click can get nukes with SU-34s or Rafales.
That being said, Eurofighters are extremely annoying precisely because of these really good players. They just fly ground level all the time except for 0.02 seconds, making themselves immune to SAMs- so even if they need more time to get the kills, they just keep doing it till the end of the match or until an ally fighter takes them down.
