Let me completely change the topic then (lol) and ask if there are any plans to fill the gap in the 2.3 BR helicopter gap in the German tech tree, between the Mi-24 and Tiger UHT? Having the best option for a helicopter at 11.7 being a Bo 105 is not great…

It’s not really fair to say that a premium aircraft can fill research tree gaps, but that does answer my question.
It has to come some day, I just wish that “some day” is before I die of old age.

Sadly it’s mostly about a lack of viable options in terms of German domestic choices that has been the main problem. However it’s very possible there is a solution. Stay tuned.

Really there is no gap there. Fighters are less relevant for lineups (CAS / Helicopters are more significant) and so with fighters, it’s simply covered by the BR system. It’s never going to be possible to have pure fighter aircraft within every BR range for every tree unfortunately.

oh yeah no I fully get that, its a bit silly it has taken them so long to add a tech tree QE class when the germans several months ago got the class built in RESPONSE to the QE class but eh its nice for Warspite to be finally here (also where my name comes from lol)
