I have shoot some naval taget in sim mode and it is quite enjoyable to do. But it’s true, I would love naval target in air RB to diversify the gameplay
Since Fox-3s seem to be the main focus, they may have had some trouble with them. That’s what seems most likely based on what I know.

The thing is, he uploads like 16 times a day, so i just check his channel to see if i missed some sort of development in war thunder, to which i then proceed to make my own research
