Rank is more an economical matter, so it’s more expensive.
Both Leo 2 PL and T-80UK are 11.3 but first is Rank 8 making it more expensive to buy.
Ranks in game generally dont make sense and take ages to change, unlike BR changes.
Su-9/11/15 would be the Sukhoi’s I’m hoping for.

Well they already showed the new Su-27 in the ARH devblog.
Pretty sure MiG 25 was denied, at least on russian forum.
As even with all the aircraft present (even with F-15), having MiG 25s in game would be annoying and hard to fight.

Others saying it would be useless. “annoying and hard to fight” seems to me like it’s OP or at least some kind of unique META to play.
What was the reason given for the denial? Because I see potential for it to be good to play. Something that encourages a different playstyle should be a top priority to add imo.

I don’t know who is telling you people this, but they’re either lying or just aren’t thinking about it.
I’ve been over this, pre-cold war submarines are too slow to be counters to anything. Almost all of them are too slow to make it halfway across a normal sized map. You can’t counter shit if you can’t get to it. Subs will be to naval what heavy bombers are to air rb.

No, pretty sure the answer was given in a question of “Why, what for?” as it really only brings altitude in the gameplay of google dino gameplay, something where your altitude has to be nearly 0.
