Yes and an argument can definitely be made that the Leopard 2A4M CAN is more applicable elsewhere. In particularly when britain has no 11.3 MBT gap in either the tech tree or premium.
They will go elsewhere instead meaning by default it to the UK unless another nation needs it more or its more applicable

The point is this. If EVERY Leopard ever bult that doesnt go into a main nation tree. Then Germany will have like 50 Leopards at top tier. Are all Canadian Leopards so unique that they would add something to the German tree that wouldnt come from another nation. Even a german used Leopard

in that case yes, germany is lacking 11.3 stuff, most other 11,3 would just be copy paste revolution kits. The canadian 2a6 is an up armored variant if i remember as well, which would balance nicely next to the 2a7v as 2nd spawn.

You have one of the most heavily armoured tanks in teh game currently. 2A7V can barely be penned by L27A1. Based upon your own argument. Britain has greater need for an up-armoured MBT to augment the Chally 2 at 11.3

Goal posting. As I said, most if not all 2A4 mods will be added to Germany in 10.7 - 11.3 (possibly also 11.7 when Gaijin decompresses) range to create line-ups.
Again, UK has none of those issues, Germany does - > 2A4M CAN is added to Germany.
