Well either it’s another Centauro to go with the Spanish one or it’s something next to the Rooikat.
I’m mostly assuming here that it’s going to Britain because Oman has really strong links with the UK.

Iirc Oman operates the Centauro 120s. So it will be 11.3.
Britain already has an 11.3 premium while italy doesn’t. I very much believe this one is for Italy.

Could probably give it m/95 and move it to like 11.0. Won’t be the best 11.0, but I could see Gaijin do it to have a rank VII premium for Sweden.
