Well to be honest, adding one without the other would probably mean US mains being furious, and clearly US having a lot of jets doesnt mean much to Gaijin which is absolutely fair imo.
Eh not really. If US got AIM-120 on much better airframe (F-16C, F-15C, F-14D) they wouldn’t bother

CBT packs are only premium packs so no GE vehicles we normally get two one for mid tier and one for high tier.
For an example The Israeli Spit and that premium A-4 were CBT packs
