If they want to keep with the tradition of Russia having superior kit to everyone else on their mainline top tier fighters while losing out in flight performance, the Mig 35 is always an option, maybe not next update, or even the one following, but fall-winter 2024.
Yeah Russia has a lot of cool prototype tanks, really the only bit of the tech tree I’m interested in in terms of modern ground.
Mig-35 would be interesting to see, as it’s still fundamentally held back with only 8 pylons while later NATO jets can go beyond that, but would otherwise be a fun plane to see if added at the right time
hell nah obj 640 should be tech tree
so just put it at 11.3 thats where the new prems are…?
Flight model wise it should lose out to something like an F-15C or an M4k, but in exchange for the somewhat meh flight performance, it could definitely have a strong mix of R-73m and R-77-1 to make up for it
Oh, thought this was a talk about tech tree vehicles, my fault.
T-80UM-1 would indeed be a good option for a premium.
T-80UE-1 is simply 11.7 material, as in my eyes T-80BVM, as well as majority of new added top tier tanks should move up in BR.
Thoughts on the AV-8B II for the US?
t80ue isnt 11.7 material, it still has the shit gun handling of the t80u
Nope, I am pretty sure it recieves 2E42M, which has 40° horizontal.
Very possible, though I would hope Gaijin doesn’t give it AMRAAMs so that it doesn’t create a similar function to something like the Su-25k at 10.0.
If it got AMRAAMs and the 9M it could sit at 12.0 12.7
I fly the GR.7 at 11.7 with 4x AIM9M and have zero problems dogfighting even F16s so it definitley could be a high br
My issue with that is it would be DOA at 12.0+ simply because the F-16C can do it’s job better in the same bracket, though if they insist it can’t be below 11.7 no matter what, then yeah, hand it the AMRAAMs.
No, not the MKK’s. Not the serial production ones at least. Normal AL-31F’s, no canards either. It’s just an Su-30M (multirole version of twin seat Su-27 currently in game) with Su-35 height vertical stabilizers and wing grooves (minor avionic changes), and Chinese electronics in the ones put into service by the Chinese.
Any interceptor would be nice. MiG-25/31, Su-9/11/15, Tu-128, Yak-28P
I like the idea of a mystery surprise, be sure to tell us which vehicle it was after it releases with the new update!
i hope not the early ones, tu128 and yak 28p are both doa
The vehicle I know for sure that should be coming, isn’t the most exciting tank for most people, although I think some people will enjoy it as a good lineup filler.
Doesn’t have to be meta. Play this game for love of military history and aviation. Not constant meta gaming.
That’s the kinds of statements that lead to non-meta vehicles being implemented only for them to be played for a couple dozen matches before being left to rot forgotten forever because 99% of the playerbase doesn’t enjoy being brutalised while attempting to play a vehicle of reduced capabilities just because of its historical significance. xD
For example, 2C bis. How many people do you know to play that? It has 12 recorded matches on ThunderSkill per month. Even if you say ThunderSkill is not reliable, it’s still thousands of battles less than most vehicles in comparison with the data available from there, and even if you multiply x100 the number of battles, it would still be 120.
Or Sakeen, which has 226 battles recorded. Etc.
99% of the players just don’t like spending their time dying and barely able to do anything because their vehicle is not meta and wouldn’t play these for their historical significance. Even planes that people put pressure to have added because they were “legendary” suffered this destiny, such as F-105D.
Every time the playerbase pressures Gaijin to implement a clearly non-meta vehicle, it results in then implementing it only for it to be played for a couple of days before being forgotten and untouched forever. A waste of time and resources, in my opinion.
