They do have some original stuff it’s just mostly low-tier.

I did notice the roadmap didn’t include AMRAAMS so in general missing nations from it don’t mean anything. Mostly QoL stuff on there.

More then a small amount of us think they will bring in a new nation at the same time as the research bonus to help sell the nation to less interested people with the easier grind.

Yeah i think thats how it works too. That would be great since I finished Britain and Italy, after getting done with Israel the China grind should be a lot easier too.

I mean i can completly u derstand that, when gajin continues to give china russian copy pasta instead of their own indigineous variants or alternatives. I can see that as a big turn off for a chinese player
I mean not really that, the recent 2 years has been good for China, its more of I am comfortable with Britain and Italy, and less willing to grind new trees since playing China requires a new brainset just like other trees, and faimilar map positions are no longer useful. Bonuses would be helpful and this is what I think gaijin tries to achieve: to incentivize players to grind new trees, and by then, most of them would get a few premiums.

JH-7 was added recently, and J-8F was added before that.
Then you have VT4, Type 99A prototype, etc for ground.
China’s given domestic stuff constantly.
JF-17, J-10, etc require AARHs to be in the game unless people really like IR-only loadouts.

Fun fact: J-10 can use pl-11 with pl-8, and most of the time, China gets new equipment, either falling behind others or copy-paste from other nations.

An 11.7 - 12.0 J-10 doesn’t help China compete with other tech trees though.
Of course I want J-10 as it’s one of my favorite jets; it’s just not going to help China with 12.3 - 12.7.
By the way, people complain that most things China gets are copied and pasted, and lots of indigenious, which you can find on the suggested vehicle list, have been ignored.
