Well, maybe you don’t partake in any of this, but my understanding is that there is one leaker, who is either friends with, or directly involved with the development process. They either see or hear what’s being worked on for the next update(or sometimes hear about stuff that’s way into the future) and then they share it with others. Often there can be several degrees of separation between the guy who makes the leak list, and the guy who actually was the original source.

they have everything done and written for like at least 1 week before the message is sent to public. they just playin with us
I would much rather have them give the date in which the list of new vehicles would be shown to us and so thats that (the entire vehicle list in one message)

That was just mind boggling to me. The STRV-122s had already much, MUCH better armor than the Leclercs, better depression, better gun handling, and they still decided the STRV-122 should get more penetration than the Leclercs. Like WOW. It just shows how out of touch they are with their game. These guys seriously need to stop only looking at the stats to balance out vehicles.
Personally I feel like you skewering the data against the leaker by counting thaings that they either left out, or simply didn’t know about.
The leaker only has so much info at a given time, so the leak lists are never gonna contain 100% of the patch, but it’s still important to see how accurate the leak itself was.

A mistake would mean to include a vehicle that does not come.
Not including a vehicle that comes is not a mistake, is simply not leaking the entirety of the info.

If we assume these rates for this update, then chances are we already know everything interesting that’s coming.
We can assume the the Hungarian air tree will be copy and paste
And only 4 people care about boats so chances are that the China leak list is more or less the update, especially if we trust the 40+ count given

Well, notice how PBY-5 was in the first list but ended up being delayed by 1 patch. Could be like that. Stuff is planned but just isn’t ready and so the can is kicked down the road.
