It was primarily designed for use against ships, but there’s nothing that would stop it from also being used against ground targets.
so just like a Kh-29T
and it got 3 of them, it’ll be a nice plane
I’ve been semi-expecting the Buc S2B as Britains Premium answer to the A-10, A-6 and Su-25. 2x 9Ls and good but crazy CAS loadout.
That’s for the anti-radiation version. The TV version had a out 30 km range.
either way too far to use the TV guidance effectively in game
Ah… Still more than enough for WT
Not quite. The Kh-29T is fire & forget, while the Martel data-links video back to the aircraft and the navigator manually flies the missile into the target.
Could you run the Pavespike pod at the same time to improve lock range? Would use up another slot though
Assuming that part was modeled and it wasnt just a standard TV guided weapon like we have in WT already
You don’t lock a Martel, you manually fly it to the target.
in that case they’ll model it either as Manually guided missile, TV FnF or just don’t add it at all
I guess we’ll see
Thinking about it. It would be really cool if the F-14 could receive drop tanks at any point.
and many other planes like for example the J35 which honestly really needs them
Yeah, I hope for another round of drop tanks.
Hoping for a good blog today:)
Yep, we need that Exocet firing British Frigate :P
1972 missile, could also mean we’ll see something nicer than AIM-9B’s for self defense. Anyone know what missiles it would’ve carried into the '70s? Not exactly sure what Britain all used.
I wouldn’t mind seeing this with 9L’s as Britains 10.3 subsonic guided ordinance premium.
Buc S2B could use Aim-9Gs or Aim-9Ls
If it prem am gonna cri
We already have 2 rank 7 prems for US don’t we? T-T
Not looking forward to spending money, but if it’s a Tigershark guess I’m opening up the wallet for ma baby
