Okay, thats cool, sorry for the misunderstanding. I am just trying to exaggerate the situation as an excuse to have low expectations.
there you go, JAS39C HU might still come for Italy. all though idk if it will come as an entire line or just 1 single plane Like they did with Great britian
There are several planes in the branches worth grinding besides a JAS39C, such as MiG-29(29A) or Su-22M4, and I guess the FW 190 F-8. Both ways will be welcomed by the playerbase I guess, not like Hungary has any indegenious design that isnt a biplane.
In other news, the end of the current Object 292 stage has been extended by 6 hours to 17:30 GMT.
Which we still don’t know has countermeasures or not on top of what MAUSWAFFE said.
The F-5C never had CMs, and he’s wrong. Its radar can guide AMRAAMs.
Please make something with you development
The quality of development is so bad that every new patch in the game breaks something. After the last update on ultra low settings with 110 fps I have freezes and drop fps to 10 and back
Please stop copy-pasting units and focus on game development and stabilization processes
It’s just a shame to make such a poor quality product
yes its called “a 10 year old game” and “spaghetti code” the same way your cells will start reproducing bad cells at the end of your lifetime
I’m curious about your thoughts on the F-20 “leak”
F-5C AKA the F-5A was equipped with countermeasures by many countries, so yes it did have CMs.
F-2A is a production aircraft, which means prototypes exclusively get prototype equipment.
For prototypes to get production equipment, the project had to be cancelled. See Kikka & Ho-229.
- Not in American service, 2. the F-2A doesn’t have nor did it ever have a PD radar, so I’m not sure why you’re saying the XF-2A getting one would be it getting production equipment, and 3. when has Gaijin explicitly stated that?
What are you about agin gajin can give it whatever they want
F-5C is kind of its own sub-variant of the F-5A, if we really want to be pedantic about it. There were only 12 that “existed” (if memory serves), all of which were just F-5As modified with additional armor plating and the refueling probe for the Skoshi Tiger program in 1965. After the program was complete, they were de-converted and given to South Vietnam as standard F-5As.
I’m speaking about the CMs.
3- Denial of production equipment to prototypes that ended up seeing production units is something Smin specifically stated countless times involving BAE’s weird Typhoon prototype I forgot the name of.
The BAe EAP was a tech demonstrator that was never mounted with any weaponry or equipment necessary to fight, nor was it ever planned to. This is a very different scenario.
Also, who are you to speak for Gaijin? How do you know that, if the XF-2A is considered, it wouldn’t be considered with CMs?
When it comes to prototypes like the XF-2A (especially if they have to be added for balance reasons, such as the F-16AJ despite it never flying with the in-game configuration), I think them getting ahistorical CMs would be alright. I’m not entirely sure if the XF-2A was purely a technology demonstrator, or if it was more of a functional prototype that actually evaluated weaponry and whatnot though lol
It’s the same exact scenario to Gaijin; and I agree with them.
EAP and Typhoon are separated just as XF-2 and F-2A are.
Should it be this way? I think so.
Other players think it shouldn’t.
It’s how things are though.
- No, the EAP and Typhoon are not the same. The Typhoon DA and IPA series are the prototypes for the Typhoon, not the EAP, and 2. once again, who are you to speak for Gaijin?
EAP isn’t a prototype Typhoon
