F-5s without CMs are given them ingame, it will be the case here as well if it’s ever added.
The ex-norwegian ones were delivered via USA, as they were part of the weapon aid (MDAP). Norway received 56 F-5A and 6 F-5B through this.

At this point there are probably only three ways a new EBR-1954 gets added

as a Premium or squadron vehicle for Italy (Portuguese service)

as apart of a 7.0 three vehicle pack for France (AMX-13, EBR-1954, SPAA). This is pretty unlikely as (almost) every one of the three vehicle packs has only used vehicles that are already in game, and France doesn’t have a 6.8-7.0 spaa

It was on real leak lists some time ago, along with the A-4M. Unfortunately, they never arrived.

I look forward to my 3 day weekend starting tomorrow after working over the weekend. (Bank holiday being the MVP).
Back working the day the teaser should drop though which is a shame but with all the schools back in and weather being bad it will be quiet enough to not matter.
Because they are trying to mount the turret on things entered service before the lead engineer of turret was born
