It is subjective, but for me the recent addition of Giulio Cesare seems like a good decision, which also allows the introduction of other vessels at different stages of their lifes.
Now I can only hope that it wouldn’t be the only naval addition to Italian tech tree this update and for overall RoF adjustments (especially Minisini cannons, Littorio main caliber and etc).
Its not exactly promoted but the technical capability is there on the BGH, some say but yes its just a speculation for now

its still way to early, the earliest we should expect it to be released is about 3 hours and 25 minutes.
Going off by the usual drop-time for me, it still at least 10/11 hours.
