You asked me if it would get sea skimming, and I answered it needs to be reported if its missing.
The report you linked is regarding seeker performance and would be forwarded as such.
Because a soruce may or may not be attached to a report, doesnt mean that potentially seperate issue would be noticed and caught when it was mentioned in the report anywhere at all.
Hence why each report should be very clearly 1 issue per report. Not multiple stacked and hidden.

Too bad in game it just goes straight to the waypoint you e placed like it’s some laser guided mav.
The Penguin in game doesn’t act anything like the penguin, the booster is wrong, the warheads wrong, the tracking is wrong, the speed is all sorts of wrong.
It wasn’t given any care

Does this include the method with custom hangars is it just for the early access to updates pushed to the dev client?
Using the custom hangar doesn’t touch any game files apart from the config.blk and the actual custom hangar file. The config file is only to enable custom hangars which is needed to do with every single other custom hangar found on WT Live. And the hangar file is not a file from within the game.
