Aircraft are too fragile. If you hit the ground faster than 15 m/s the aircraft will erupt into a massive fireball explosion. Bombers get diced into pieces from a single bullet. If bombers had any amount of survivability they would be much more enjoyable.

American bias with F-15 at 12.7? Chinese bias with Su-30 at 13.3, who knows
French bias with M.B.157 at 3.3
