I realized it can be read in more ways than i first thought, i think the CM’s will have to clarify.

The sentence is a bit oddly formulated and can be read as either:

“This is not all it can carry, there are other ordinances”

or

“It’s strength is not only in what it can carry, it can do these other things as well”

So to me personally it’s a bit unclear at the moment.

I think it’s a case of the latter, since right after that sentence they start discussing it’s defensive armament.
