More or less.
As I noted in a ticket about the Greek Battle Pass Spitfire, Gaijin simply don’t have a single “late” C-winged Mk.IX model in the game.
All of them are using the British “early” F Mk.IX model as a base. So Mk.IXc in the game are always without the Aerovee carburettor intake, and all have the early engine cowling with blister for the Coffman starter on the Merlin 61 and 63A engine. Late war Mk.IXs with the Merlin 63 (F), 66 (LF) and 70 (HF) didn’t have it.
They also have early production elevators copied from the Mk.V instead of the later ones copied from the Mk.VII/Mk.VIII. But this is actually an issue on the E-wing Spitfires as well (and the Seafire Mk.III), and only the Mk.XVI has the correct ones.
Realistically, Israeli F Mk.IX in the tree and Weizman’s LF Mk.IX should look the same - C-wing, Aerovee intake, standard elliptical wing. And in most likelihood both should be LFs, as there’s little to suggest Israel operated any Spitfires with Merlin 61 engines. All Israeli spitfires should have the Mk.XVI’s elevators
The only bit that might be different would be the rudder, since Israel had planes with both types. Weizman’s had the later pointed, wide-chord rudder. But I can understand Weizman’s having the E armament, as the plane TE554 was only ever armed that way, and it sets it apart from the two TT Spitfires in ways other than the engine
Regarding the other LF Mk.IXc premiums:
Spoiler
ML214, Plagis’ LF Mk.IX in the British tree should also be the above “late” spec instead of just a retextured F Mk.IX. AFAIK it had the original rounded rudder, so would be like the Israeli TT model
And the Soviet one should also be “late” spec, albeit maybe with the pointed wide-chord rudder ike Weizman’s - they seem to have had that while in a combat role and reverted to the round rudder when the C-wing planes were converted to 2-seat trainers. Most Soviet Mk.IXs were E-wings however, so model could be the same as the current British TT Mk.IXe
American Mk.IXs are a lot harder to pin down exact airframe types because they used a mix of Mk.IX and Mk.VIII at the same time, and often painted over the UK serials. So some photos it’s not often clear if it’s a Mk.IX of Mk.VIII. And those where it is clearly a Mk.IX, I can’t read up on what engine they were built with in online Spitfire production logs.
But I’m pretty sure the ones they flew in the configuration of the ingame model, were F Mk.IX, not LF Mk.IXs.
And where they had LFs they tended to either have the late model features above, or be Mk.VIIIs so had a retractable tail wheel, new wings with fuel tanks and shorter ailerons, and a different cockpit

891 days since last SPAA added to fix that damn gap … ( TPK 6.41, Update 2.33 “Air Superiority” , 14 December 2023)
or 935 days if we dont count it has it’s not the last spaa before the AMX-30 S DCA … ( AMX-10P , Update “Kings of Battle” , 31 octobre 2023 )
pls just give us SOMETHING

The lack of French 7.7 SPAA is 90% of the reason why I don’t play the Surblindé lineup at all.
Soon into the game the sky fills up with C*S and I can’t do anything about it…
no the TOR-M1 and SM-SV for russia was much more important
what’s the deference of the one we have in the TT?
gameplay wise probably nothing
I pray for a BeNeLux addition, but it looks like they just have a bunch of IFVs pretending to be SPAAs for that gap.
Wait, I might have found something, if it ends up as the same BR as its placement on the BeNeLux suggestion (7.3): SIBMAS H.20: Belgian SPAA
