Kind of weird that we’ve had two things announced/hinted and then retracted for this update:
Whatever French vessel would have been beyond Jean Bart BR wise;
now the Welkin premium.
No idea what this means for behind the scenes. Maybe everything is perfectly normal and the CM disclosures post was just made too early. Idk. but it is interesting.
I can tell I couldn’t care less about the next update after the basically tried to play off Elde part 2 lol. The update could never come and I couldn’t care less
Ngl though, this CM disclosure definitely felt like it was lacking substance.
Not to mention the CM literally ignored any response from the spelling mistakes or general questions asked.

Weizman’s Spitfire isn’t the case, as it initially started service with clipped wings, that was until it crashed:
After it was repaired it was, as shown by Smin, given Eliptical wings and painted in the way it still is today, and is depicted in War Thunder:
Unlike ingame, the guns were never functional after the repair, as they had their armament removed, but they were seemingly C-wing derived as noted in the text earlier. Gaijin likely set it as E-wing given that’s what the aircraft used earlier in service (either that or the authors wrong about which type was used, or gaijin just doing gaijin things, I couldn’t what the reason is).

There might be a new bug, me and several other friends Alt + R doesnt work anymore or even gets registered trying to re-bind it in Controls lol (standard Turn on/off radar/irst bind)
Thanks for sharing this. So basically the wing is still technically wrong, but armament wise this time. So it should have the C-wing of all the other premium Spit IXs,as they have the 7.7s and 2x 20 mm. Old LF. IX had the same C wing but it got changed to E wing with the model change, few years ago.
