The best part is that Jean bart is very likely to be among the highest BR for france.
France’s blue water tree currently tops out at 8.3, with two other ships of the same class as Jean Bart.
Jean Bart, if anything, is likely a slight improvement over the other two in terms of gun stats. Survivability is yet to be seen.
but the overal top BR for naval is 8.7, which currently contains 4 ships. Iowa, Yamato, Musashi, and Sovetsky Soyuz.
I’m curious what they had planned for that other addition to france though.

Cannot convince me little old 140° rafale with MICA you can only use in close range is better than checks notes:
- Su-30SM2 with 12 R-77-1 + beyond busted 240° radar
- Eurofighter with almost equal flight performance + busted 200° radar
