They also create pretty sizable holes, IMO they probably need either to be trated as traditional ke with an equivalent diameter proyectile or for them to have its own class
Just a note, the mechanisim is technically different as heat uses monroe effect while efp usually uses Misznay–Schardin effect which is from by shallow concave shapes (like a dish) liner

The Swedish version of the TOW 2B (RB 56 BILL II) does have the 2nd charge, which is why it’s 500mm of pen instead of the 100mm of the TOW 2B , it was reported for the Swedish version a long time ago but i don’t think i’ve seen a correct report for the TOW 2B yet (someone can correct me if i’m wrong).
But in general i think WT does simplify it yes, they likely just increase the penetration instead of actually having two hits in a row.

We do have the penetration value for the bill, aside from the 500mm of pen shown on for the main charge by itself on the video we also have this.
