i think there is supposed to be some consistency to it but its only per nation and theyre really bad at sticking too it (it was mentioned by gaijin when all the early M4s got foldered together I think)

Probably not, Indonesia is buying 4.5th gen IF-21 Block 2s, but iirc nothing known for Block 3.
Also a prototype considering their stakes in development and the prototype transfer later this year, but that’s again not a 5th gen.
