If we’re talking exclusively about this update, yes.
However, if we’re referring to the general evolution of the game, the fact that Premiums are becoming increasingly present in each consecutive update is objective.
When saying scarce I’m referring to unique ones. For me adding 10 tanks that are C&P is pointless. There are tons of interesting vehicles we could have but they’re choosing the easy way out instead.
By the way, it’s really funny that Japan may be getting more and more technology with Soviet roots.
