Right, but I was referring to the initial batch received last year when they got their first VIPERs, which is why it’s worded as it is

and before anyone mentions gripen E its been 5 months and it still has issues with landing gears clipping through the hull (form the dev server btw) and the entirely wrong wing trailing edge shape. so no its not a well implemented swedish vehicle
the very obvious landing gear clipping was only accepted last week. they still ignore the trailing edge issue. or any of the other issues. like the in cockpit artificial horizons being fully broken

it isnt major, but the fact they havent fixed it in 5 months of release with MANY ppl reporting it and the other sides gears working fine is a symbol of a much larger issue with them just not caring about gripen E
this is the smallest of issues the plane has, trust me
the entire plane was an afterthought on their end and the ONLY of the many bug reports WITH good documentation they have accepted is the clipping issue. after 5 months. (still an issue tho)
largest issue even above the wings being the wrong shape thus giving the wrong aerodynamics is the 3 centerline pylons being treated as 1 so you cant customize your loadout on them at all

that isnt much of an issue but yeah i guess, also the wing shape isnt wrong just an earlier gripen E variant im pretty sure
it is wrong for the JAS 39E
gripen E had prototypes early ones being with the C trailing edge. Only ones in swedish service and thus with the JAS39E designation have the late production trailing edge. either change the name or fix it
it like the C model is a weird mix of upgrade packages that dont exist
the rwr/maw not being complete 360 coverage is another issue too. top and bottom are still blindspots for some reason

well if it helps at all the gripen E isnt alone most jets have way to many issues atm

and in case someone is curious about gripen upgrade packages.
gripen A should not have helmet queing missiles or radar
gripen c is stuck somewhere between MS19 and MS20
to say something nice, they have made the canards act more relistic on all gripen models (tho gripen e looks more accurate than A-D)
I just had a thought, I’m wondering if they’ll be tieing up the D-day event with the teaser since next week will be the D-day anniversary.
