From my research the production Scorpion 90s aren’t stabbed.
The Turret drives (Marconi PD700 Light Armoured Vehicle Dual Axis Power Drive System) are compatible with stabilizer but don’t have a computer or sensors for that bundled inside, but I can’t find any records or part numbers for the compatible model of gun stabliser being fitted or a FCS which could do sablisation fitted either. I haven’t found any digitised records that could confirm eitherway, and the places that might have something are too far out of the way for me :/

the XL wasn’t tested with a radar pretty sure, gaijin could just give it the ADF radar and call it a day

I wouldn’t go that far, what makes the DI terrible is the horrid RWR in combination with it being a 3rd gen airframe. The F16XL while maybe having a FM which is worse than the standard F16, it should easily outperform 3rd Gens, and it obviously gets a decent RWR which is essential at these BRs

plus actually it might be good for grb if it gets any guided munitions 12.0 like the f15a and f16a with close to f15E guided bomb load would be useful

eh they get a .3 downgrade cause their fox3 are meh so at least you can run it at 11.7 lineups
best example in my opinion is the j8F no ground attack 2 meh fox 3’s and it gets br 12.0 in grb
I don’t think it will, the one that was teased was the single seat XL-1 which didn’t have the splinter camo during testing, the one on the top is the twin seat XL-2.
I think it will come with it’s development camo with it’s NASA camo as an unlockable skin.
