Several T-72s/T-80s (and the Bhishma) has been given on several tech trees, including Italy, GB (Indian T-90), Germany, China (event T-80), and even Sweden as squadron vehicle.
If they deem appropiate and if there’s a justified nation to the move, don’t even doubt the T-90M would get to another tech tree, a year ago or so there was a shady leak hinting the US may even get an event T-90.

yes i get that other nations get those but they are the older version, i mean like the top tier 12.7 ones, really doubt they will add those any time soon for any other nation than russia
Consider no military currently features the t80bvm or t90ms aside Russia, closest is the Karrar from Iran

ah yes, i heard someone say they would add this as a premium but i REALLY doubt it
it’s almost identical to the current t90m aside some changes here and there, if gaijin in future will make a premium t90m, this would be the one 100%
i believe india will get the T90MS in the future as they signed a contract to build a lot of them

We get an Al-Khalid with a Chinese flag (just like the Elsa 2A4CAN with a German flag).
Or we get a “late” MBT-2000, with the same upgrades as the Al-Khalid.
And you’re free to interpret “late” however you want; only gaijin knows how he names his vehicles… and these fantasy packs.
