Would fit the theme this update seems to have for air with modern subsonic attackers with the M346 teased, image of a Yak-130 in the files, and the J-22M1A from the list.

Technically realistic, there has to be a gyro or rotation sensor on the breach/mantlet for the stab to work. But at the same time that sensor is tiny and why not every tank?!
Pretty sure gaijin just randomly pick stuff to counted as FCS to achieve a sufficient volume of modules, e.g. the AS90 has all the indirect fire computers (and displays) modeled as FCS, despite them not being used (or even required to be on) during direct fire.
