Indonesia has also ordered the KF-21 and the KAAN and maybe will also order the Su-57
Malaysia is currently also considering the Su-57
and lets not forget Thailand and the Gripen E’s it will get sometime in the future
ontop of that Indonesia got their Rafales relatively recently as well
I will forever be miffed by a singular issue I have with the Japanese ground tree and I know for a fact it will never get fixed
that would honestly be a mess if we get the most recent things in the future. that would mean that Japan air COULD have F35s su57s and Rafales too.

and with indonesia’s spending spree i wouldnt be suprised if they also were to buy the J-35 from china

they can stay at their BR for lineups but they’re unnecessarily expensive this way, especially since japan doesn’t really have that many spaas
