Would be cool to get in-game but would be awful to play. It would also get a few options for some stand-off capability with AGM-114’s, AGM-176, GBU-39/53/69.
Would love to see it though, especially if it opens the door to some armed transport aircraft like the MC-130J with the palletized JDAM/JASSM and MOAB or the KC-130J Harvest Hawk with up to 20 AGM-176. Hell could even get a C-17 with the Rapid Dragon system that’s being developed to turn cargo aircraft into makeshift bombers/cruise missile slingers.
Why would it be bad to play? If it’s put on a normal combat rating, then climbing to a height and using a 105mm cannon to shoot at tankers on rooftops sounds pretty good

Complete gameplay and gamemode overhaul would be needed for that. Not that it’s needed anyway already…
Mostly due to the threat of SPAA. It’s meant to operate in friendly controlled airspace and if the enemy team has some SPAA that use their eyes you would be a very big target.
Although you could use the AGM’s to take out said SPAA first but the second one spawns when you’re flying above the battle area you’re as good as dead. It is fitted with LDIRCM and various jamming equipment but anything with a gun would make quick work if you’re close enough.
