No vehicle is ever “removed” from those that own it should it appear in another tree too. Plus there is no reason to given it was flown in French markings.
Currently there are no plans for it to appear in the German tree for the near future at least. Long term is an open question. But certainly its not being “removed” from the French tree from those that own it.

The one actually trialled in Switzerland had a different nose arrangement

The French premium is based on an earlier version. So there’s perhaps room for both
I assume same goes for the AMX-30 Super?
I wasn’t following that, so unfortunately I dont have any info currently. If its missing from a loadout however and its just a case of A not having it but C does, it can be reported and passed on for review.
Nothings changed regarding that yes. So its also not going anywhere.
Spoiler

however it may be problematic as AIM-120A already clips into AIM-120C so it shouldnt be possible for AIM-120A to be fitted
Would this need some kind of historical documents or evidence that AIM-120A/B were mounted on the lower mounts on the MRML?
If something already has both A/B and C and its just a case of one of the two missing from a certain position, it should not require sources. Its simply a configuration matter. Unless there is something else unforseen.

What unholy flavor of pixel-art resolution do you use
That may be why then. Physical clipping would be the issue.
If it physically cannot fit, it cant be mounted.

So the A/B should be removed from the upper mounts then?
If they are incompatable with A due to space and it was a real limitation, then yes its possible.
Either that, or its a seperate model issue with the pylon.
