It started in 1993 between France & Germany, the UK joined only in 1996. As France left in 1999, the Netherlands joined in 2001, and the UK withdrew in 2003.
Yes, the development wasn’t just finished between 2003 and 2009, but out of the 16 years of development, the UK was only in it for 7, i.e less than 50%
And I took my time in reading their discussion, it was about the Boxer CRV itself, both the Block I and Block II, and how the UK had no part in its development, which yes, is 100% true, the British did not take part in developing the CRV for Australia, nor for Germany.
