J-15 is closer to the F-15E than the Rafale/Eurofighter, so not really. J-16, on the other hand…

They look the exact same as the J-11 right?
Also, their radars aren’t really that good…The J-15 uses the same avionics system as the J-11B (KLJ-4 Radar, can track 4 targets simultaneously)

You forgot that other nations also operate F-35 so it straight up no bueno unless they decide to add F-22 as the only 5th gen for 1 update but i doubt it.
