only way I can see they fix or make the f16 not doa is if they give it double 120 rails

Thats your problem then.
At this point the only thing that can save US top tier is 5th gens when the game gets to that point. I genuinely have not bothered with getting top tier planes in my US tree. 12.7 is plenty for me.
