Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

A is the best by far. C is only good in low speed but it’s a carrier fighter and it’s perfectly good at that. The B is by far the worst for flight performance but at least it’s VTOL

The IR missiles ones are stealthy as well. So it’s not a huge effect on RCS

its like limited 7.g aint it how is that normally modeled in game i cant recall

thanks!
any source for that?

…and if I were to guess;

F-35A > F-16 line
F-35B > Harrier line
F-35C > F-18 line

F-15EX > F-15E line

?

the missile probably isnt to be fair

They made a low observable 9X iirc

ill add i believbe f15edx to the f15c line and e late to the f15e line rank 10 being obviously like stealth so f35’s and 22 with the pobit coming before the f35 a

F22 after the F15 and you’ve got the infinity gauntlet of stealth.

Oh! So you can use the internal bays for 120s, then have two external 9Xs on pylons without ruining it? Interesting!

I really hope they do that

And don’t forget the F22 :)), it should be place after the golden eagle

The missiles themselves would still compromise your rcs though by how much is debatable.

it makes sense unless they change the lines cause the ex is multirole and literally there to replace the f15c in air defense last i checked(pls correct me if im wrong) t just built upon the f15e airframe.

I think the 9X mount externally on F35 is a special version so it got smaller RCS compared to the normal version

god when I’m rushing typing I mis-press keys heavily lol.

Block II+ 9X has stealth features/coating

really didnt know the 9x had stealth in mind at all, was it accidental or on purpose

I would wait for it to come in game and for testing to be done with vs. without low observable pylons to come to that conclusion

Yeah, but it still isn’t RCS optimized the way newer in development missiles are.

F35 can pull up to 50° AoA as well
