Light mode has higher perceived contrast than dark mode for text comprehension so that’s what I use
When did Hornet Sting’s teaser drop?
Teaser dropped on the 27th, first devblog on the 20th, and CM Disclosure on the 18th.

The CM post happening next week puts it on the same timeframe, as the 18th is next Wednesday.
Yeah my thinking is CM Disclosure on either the 17th or 18th with the first devblog then on the 19th or 20th.

The Mk1A has an AESA and the Astra Mk 1 would be better than the R-77.
I’d say the flight performance would at least be better than that of the F-16D Barak II, which is sitting at 13.7, so even if it’s missile load is more limited, it should definitely be a 13.7 at the very least.
Without adding the Astra or at least the I-Derby-ER, there wouldn’t really be a point in adding the Mk1A, as the MK1 FOC would also carry regular Derbys and R-73s, just with a regular radar, rather than an AESA.
Another option for the Mk1A would be to leave it out for now and add it later, once we have Python-5s and ASRAAMs in the game.
much more comparable plane would be kfir c10 blk 60, radar and hmd is the same, both have a bad gun, kfir c10 boasts better speed, accel and more and larger countermeasures than tejas mk1, while tejas brings better fm and a better missile (pull would be same as derby, it would have more range tho) tejas is stuck with a 2 + 2 config (unless gaijin gives astra on inner pylon) while kfir can carry 4. i think for the better arh and ir missile a 0.3 br increase is fair given the other downsides too
Things would get interesting with gen 5 ir missiles tho
At 13.7 it would be just a worse grippen
