They have ships with that have a lot of dedicated anti ship missiles. And also just look at Russia now they somehow have the best ww2 battleship you think they won’t be top dogs in modern times in this game?

Eh FS is cool but as a Midland lad I’m more fond of LMS types, now Black 5’s is where the money is at

If an aircraft dev blog drops I’m pretending that it’s a naval one. Like “wow so beautiful this USS Benham”

isnt the only reason people think the soyuz is good is because of the impossible ammo compartments

I am still waiting for them to add modern ships and I wonder how the hell are they gonna balance it.

nah got to at least be out ther eand pretend its not only a naval devblog but a submarine one have vision man.

It’s good because of that but also armor and firepower somehow better then Yamato and better overall survival

Henry! but where’s flying kipper?

The visual model off the ammo racks is smaller than the actual hitbox, that’s not the problem. Its armour scheme is the problem, being almost perfect for the way the game works

Wdym? Shipyards all over the USSR were working overtime during/after ww2 lol

The ammo compartments’ damage model is fine, only visually too small.

The main issue with Soyuz is:

Historically, Russians couldn’t make cemented armor plates thicker than 230mm. To make up for it, they designed Soyuz with extra-thick armor of less quality…

However, ingame, they gave it BOTH that thickness AND the cemented multipliers; thus making it stronger than it could ever have been. None of the plates thicker than 230mm should be cemented.

It also for some reason has a faster rate of fire than Iowa, while also using shells that penetrate as much while having more than twice the TNT equivalent compared to Yamato’s.
