Sad to break it to you but the way the system works is not the way most of you believe it to be. We do handle everything and basically nothing is completely automated. This ensures that there will always be some sort of input by a moderator/CM/suggestion mod and so on depending on the issue at hand.
To reiterate what Smin said, we do NOT ban based on who we like or their opinion. If you’re curious to know what behavior is wrong you could always check the guidelines.

The flag system is triggered by users. Everytime one of your posts is flagged for no apparent reason, it’s a random user who went by and got offended/angry or just can’t handle opinions he doesn’t agree with. Or, maybe that post really was disrespectful.
Regardless, if your post didn’t violate any rules and wasn’t agressive, just put it back up by editing it

I really hope it would be changed some day, yes or no for unfinished designs no matter if it’s naval, aircraft or vessel.
The worst thing is that these not completed ships usually have best characteristics possible, while fully built vessels don’t. Like compare rate of fire of Littorio class to Sovetsky Soyuz.
