Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

They did?

Can’t blame em for that lol

That sounds harmless compared to the MW-1

Gotta play another game for that kind of weaponry

Assuming the mines werent modeled and so it was pure KB-44. BL755 would be waaaaay worse. 1700+ bomblets with 250mm pen vs 112? (genuinely not sure) KB-44 designed for softer targets.

Youd also be waaaay more vulnerable with MW-1 (and JP233) than BL755. though does look cool

What do you think would be more likely to crash someones game, 1700+ bomblets or 4000+ bomblets?

That’s the only metric that matters here

Best science fiction show in the universe! Ive got some nice DVDs

because 1 germany has swiss now and 2 poland has too many vehicles to add to the tree 75% being copied russian stuff

poland plus czech makes it so when you add them you can cut copy slop down by a lot by only adding copied vehicles as filler instead of being the main course so you only add the actually unique modified models

by taking both trees and only adding the unique vehicles you can make a fully unique tree with minimal copy slop

MW-1 has 4000 bomblets?

Most I can find is 112 tubes, i couldnt find any info on how many can be fitted into each tube though

I’ve never understood this issue honestly considering domestic ATGM armed Bell 47 variants exist for both nations.

Spoiler

The recent community update says we can expect a unique self propelled howitzer this update, is this the GBT 155 or is there something else coming to look forward to, such as the hummel or palmaria?

The amount of bomblets depends on the kind of bomblets loaded

A single tube can hold up to 42 KB-44s (Kleinbombe 44, fragmentation and shaped charge bomblets)
The other bomblets are bigger, so the MW-1 cannot fit nearly as many of them

For the other types of bomblets a single tube can hold either:

  • 8 MIFFs (Mine-Flach-Flach, anti tank mine),
  • 6 MUSAs/MUSPAs (Multi-Splitter-Aktiv, mines with variable timed fuzes and regular contact fuzes; Multi-Splitter-Passiv-Aktiv, MUSAs with additional passive acoustic [anti aircraft mine lol] and magnetic sensors) or
  • 2 STABOs (Starbahnbombe, anti runway bomblets)

yeah no one want a fab1500 glide cluster droping like 200 charges in a 3x3km zone.

Ah yeah, for server crashing potential that would be better? / worse? :P

For making GRB mains mad though… BL755 would be better :P

Really shows how neglected it is when other tech trees have more F-16’s than the US

You talk about the US being neglected ?, while just now we are seeing the most wanted Hungarian low tier we waited this for years now. Please don’t start making this thread about how the US suffers, you can in the next one but for this at least celebrate the arrival of the most waited Hungarian aircrafts : )

If there are more F-16’s in France than the US then yeah, the US F-16’s are pretty neglected considering the US made it and operates the most for the longest time by a large margin.

They objectively are too, check the last time they added an F-16 to the US. Can’t make a factually correct statement without making people mad

I sure hope it isn’t. That’s Czech, so it should be added under a Czech flag, and Hungary barely even had any, so it’s not relevant to Hungarian aviation. I’m hoping for the WM-23 instead.

Problem ia that nations like France kept getting 12.3-12.7 F-16s, which are awesome.

14.3-14.7 F-16 will be worse than any 14.3 currently in game, and they can’t add it at 14.0.
