The EX just feels too big of an addition for an update which is supposed to be “light on aircraft additions”. the PoBIT definitely fits more.

Also I wonder if people forgot what happened to the Su-30MKM. Gaijin specifically said that as long as it’s top tier the manufacturing nation would get the best variant.
So like how Su-30MKM came with the better Su-30SM2, the Indonesian Rafale F.4 would probably only be added when we see a French F.4.2 (or it’d just be a heavier twin seater, like the first delivered airframes are anyways). Yes, it’s variety, but unless it’s below top tier (when people stop caring anyways) it will never be equal to other nations.
So it’s really weird to see all the cope about it, especially that stuff about the Thai Gripen E that doesn’t even exist yet
This 100%, the EX is a big addition and best reserved for an update with other top of the line 4.5’s like the Su-35S and J-16 etc.
The PoBIT on the other hand won’t be a top 3 jet or meta defining and is more of a long overdue addition to a line that really needs expansion

Yeah maybe then, but this is specifically what they said for Japan here when people were asking about the MKM being better than the Su-30SM (before Su-30SM2 was announced). Not sure how they do it for other nations, this was just the reply here.

Nope both Gripen A and C got their weight to be the same despite the A not having the internal fuel arrestor. Only the C’s got that. Part of the nerf to the Gripen A for giving it HMD that it had in 2012. To make it on par with the MS19 Gripen C for ZA

Besides we don’t have a actual Gripen E in game we have some 2016 prototype. This vehicle isn’t even in service with the Flygvapnet
