Hey,
I think it is simply because the SU-34 has enough weaponry of such kind.
You can make a bug/suggestion on the CBR (Community Bug Reporting System) for the FAB 500 UMPK if you have documentation for that.
Please keep in mind, that new weaponry/ammunition bug reports will be forwarded as suggestions, as the selection of weaponry/ammunition is a balancing factor.
