Only for training with rockets and 25lb prac bombs. But all the same that meant they could fire live rockets from a LAU-68 or drop live bombs from the TER-9 rack
The main thing with TAV-8Bs is that they only had one weapon station per wing, instead of three per wing like the regular AV-8B. So armament was extremely limited.
Britain’s Harrier T.10/T.12s were the only version that was fully combat capable

The good stuff. This thing (RCH 155) can fire like any normal artillery while driving/on the move, as long as the ground isn’t to wobbly and the speed is limited. Completely automated reloading for different ammunitions with differing numbers of charges for variable range (MRSI while driving lol). It can even be remote controlled without anyone sitting in it (no crew knockout for this thing ingame would be funny).

14.7 would be overkill 13.3 to 13.7 would be more reasonable
Not just the f16adf but su30mkk/su30mk2, jf17,j11,tornado f3.late,f16D barak 2,j8f, mig29n , and JA37DI/JA37DI F21 are also at 13.0-13.3 with irccm missiles and arh missiles so it can be viable that it can go to 13.3 and if it does prove to be to much it can go to 13.7
