Ideally also the same place as the F-15SG.
There’s arguably a point to make that it’s just a worse Leopard 2 Evolution/Revolution for Germany, so there’s not really a need there even if it fits most closely. But for Israel having something like a Leopard would help a lot.
Also the more of SG is all in one place, the better, even if Gaijin probably disagrees.

Only if it comes spaded to players who already activated and spaded it.
It is worse then the can and pl as it doesnt get the same ke protectionn as both and as the 2A4RI as they went for more ce threats
In such a situation all who had the PL in Germany will keep it just no one else can get it
